An electronics manufacturing company dedicated to the production of quality electronic products at an economical rate to suit the need of all kinds of customers from a common man to a high end industrialist, primarily focusing in the Manufacturing and sales of LED luminaries all over India is looking for the following candidates.

Office Coordinator cum Receptionist (Female)

  Qualification: Graduate

  Essential Knowledge, Skills & Aptitude

  • Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills in order to be able to deal with a wide range of clients and to effectively manage staff.

  • Fluent and effective Communication skills to a high level (both oral and written)

  • Excellent knowledge of customer care principles and the ability to transform this into every day experience.

  • An awareness of clients’ needs and demands, and the ability to respond to these needs.

  • Excellent organizational and administrative skills. Diplomatic and tactful manner to both staff and clients.

 Duties & Responsibilities 

  • Greeting all incoming visitors to the office in a friendly, professional, hospitable manner.

  • Present a professional, welcoming first contact to all clients, funders, vendors, board members, staff, media, etc. – by phone, in person, and email. Responsibility for development & implementation of efficient office systems

  • Ensuring that all administration procedures are followed to Company standards.

  • Acting as business interface so as to filter general information, requests and queries.

  • Processing incoming and outgoing mail.

  • Provide support for Marketing/Communications; maintain mailing list, assist with mailings and packets, web updating.

  • Maintaining accurate administrative records. Reacting to problems quickly.

  • Processing payroll and personnel documents.

  • Sending out memos and reminders to the administrative team.

  • Updating employee administrative records.

  • Creating effective administrative systems from scratch.

Salary: Rs. 8,000 – 15,000/-

Location : Nadakkavu, Calicut
